There are 2 sides, "A" and "B".
a member of a family from "A" killed one from "B".
"B" got upset and feel that a member of "A" should be killed (doesn't matter who!!)
Of course it would be OK if the "actual killer" from "A" is targeted. But its not the case and "B" killed "any" one from A.
"A" took revenge
