SARA was what Cox in Phoenix had for years (literally, circa late 1990s up until a year ago). But they upgraded to Passport because On Demand was the clunkiest thing on the planet with an extra app. Some old logos in there, too — some not used actively since the 1990s.
Right now Rogers (a cable company that operates in some of Canada's major markets) runs SARA still I'm told, except they've added this fancy looking "quick start" menu when the guide button is hit. Yet, everyone went up and arms when they did that cause Torontonians are all "OMGCHANGEGETITOFFGETITOFF", even after Rogers put in a option to disable it.
My Comcast boxes used to have this firmware, I miss it so much...
