So happy you posted this, I was starting to think I was the only person who knew this great tune. I got a CD off ebay a few years ago, but I'll have to go replay it now, I don't remember that rap break in it.

Is there another version of this song that doesn't have the rap/rock break in the center? I heard this song on the mighty Z-Rock back then and I swear it had a break where the singer repeated the first verse.

Tim David Kelly wrote this song and my father George Tobin found them at Coconut Teaser in Hollywood, produced the album, and got them signed to MCA. Not someones buddy named chris. Get your facts straight.

one of my best friends chris is the writer of this song. shon and chris started this group like 15 years ago or somethin and he wrote this song, they got radio play, but not signed. chris thought they werent ever gunna get signed so shon got him when he was drunk and said sign the papers im just gunna sell it. so chris did, but shon actually tricked him into signing his rights for this song away. its the song that got kicking harold the deal with MCA.
