New method for getting Dragon's Spleen in WO2

Even if you don't see the treasure notification, that doesn't mean it hasn't appeared. I went through all the steps and received no notification, but went to where the treasure would be located and sure enough it was waiting for me right there.

Here try my method

1-W8 until kyomori appear at Tong gate

2-Get to the spot where Sun Wukong appear and kill his bodyguard first and him next

3-Just continue wipe out three group of enemy officer in the lower middle , top-left coner,top-right corner (is doesn't nessersary by your self to kill the three group officer just beat them when they RE APPEAR )

4-Tada there you go the treasure will appear near the top-left corner ( go down alittle bit )

@FourEyeNghia You're waiting for Kiyomori to teleport before killing Wukong's bodyguards. This makes your method SLIGHTLY slower than Hezablak's and other than that slight difference, your method is the same.

Also, I have no idea wtf you are saying at step 3.

didnt work, i killed the giants, then wukong after kiyomori appeared at tong gate, and still nothing

@poonanny171 That's because from what you're telling me, you didn't do it right. First you have to kill Wukong's little friends then after Kiyomori appears, kill Wukong. Now, after that, kill the 3 groups of generics that appear. If you've tried the battle before without using this method, then the 3 groups I'm referring to are the three groups of 3 generics that "disappear" when you kill them.

I didn't spend the last 3 minutes for nothing, ya know. :/

The first time i did it and killed Sun Wukong early then did everything else, no treasure appeared. Next time i kill him after Kiyomori teleports and did everything else, treasure appeared. Unless i did something wrong, you can't kill Sun Wukong before Kiyomori teleports.

I think it must be because the game I have is Warriors Orochi Z, and you play the Warriors Orochi 2 .. maybe that's it.

I've just seen the video and gonna try, but i don't think the trickster would refer to sun wakong, for the game refers to him many times as the monkey.

But still, i don't know whom whould the trickster refer to.

Well, it should still work regardless... As long as you do all that I did in the video, and within 10 or so minutes, you should be fine.

What was messing me up was I kept defeating Wukong before Kiyomori Teleported... Wonder why if you defeat him before then it doesn't work? huh.

just a question b4 i get the game(i have all of them)do u have to do import 4 WO and WO2 to get more characters?like how u can do it SW2 and SW2XL?

Nope. The only thing that import does for WO2 is it unlocks the first ability for (I think) all the characters that were in WO1. So, you'll end up having a nice ability library to start the game.

Oh, that's messed up. I did this the most annoying and hardest ways possible. I did it the way IGN said to do it. I had to first defeat Kiyomori and the officials near him. Then I had to kill the officials that just appeared and take the items they dropped. After that I had to defeat Sun Wukong, and the sorcerers. After that the treasure finally appeared, but that left my camp open for the taking.

Never trust IGN. Their info tends to be false and/or exagerated. Gamefaqs is tons better.

lol i looked at rydain's guide on gamefaqs it didnt work i was abit turned off until i thought of searching in youtube thx guys =x (im playing the jap psp version) so it works for both eng and jap i guess

I tested this on the PS2 import. Turns out that all you have to do is defeat Sun Wukong and all the reappearing officers. There will be a lot of message spam as the sorcerers do their thing, but the treasure shows up eventually. It doesn't matter if Kiyomori teleports first or you take out monkey man before you finish killing his dudes.

There may be an overall time limit, but I haven't looked much into it yet.

It is vital that Kiyomori disappears before you kill Wukong.

...At least on the European release of the game. Several US people have experienced the same, though.

I tried it your way several times. Doesn't work when you don't delay Wukong's death until Kiyomori teleports.

Woohoo, I finally got it, but I did it a little differently. I don't have Red Hare so I was a bit slower, but I took out SWK's generals, waited for Kiyomori to disappear, took out SWK, then I took out all the respawning officers. They had all respawned once by the time the treasure showed up and Dong Zhuo had already appeared. I think the main requirement is kill the boars, kill SWK, then kill all nine respawners at least once to make the treasure appear.
