You can have a Serbu in CA..!

In CA the Sefbu is considered a AOW. In order to have a Serbu you will need the Form 4/1 signed by the CLEO..or you can go the way of a Trust/Corp/LLC.

It takes a bit of time and money but you can have a SERBU of your own..

It requires A LOT of paperwork, and Weeks of time to get approved through your County Sheriff's Office, THEN it has to all go through BATF!

The good new is it's an A.O.W. (Any Other Weapon), so it's a $5 tax stamp vs. the $200 tax stamp of the normal NFA weapons.
