  • Fuck this stage, way too hard for the 3rd stage in the game.

  • gah I hate this level

  • Ah yes, one of the few Castlevania games that could actually freak you out if you had your game system set up on a little TV in your basement. Ah, memories...

  • Makes you wonder...What the fuck are creatures from hell doing near a Catholic church?

  • one day i will go to the real leaning tower of pisa and flip it out off

it wasn't for that fucking tower we wouldn't have this insanely creepy level

  • Oh and of course that multitasking you were expected to do was just outstanding.

  • God that stage was hard as hell. Those platforms you must hop on at the end gave me nightmares. Probably the hardest and most disorienting minute of video gaming history.

  • this music sounds like the music of mortal kombat. yea

  • @TheGuillermo54 nah man. Mortal Kombat was never this brutal.

  • I Think the scariest part about this stage was the beginning. The way they had you starting outside, bombarding you with those wicked birds and Centaurs. I felt safer after i had made it inside the tower somehow.....

  • @sonicslayton you want to know whats even more scary, starting from the beginning and looking at the tower of piza from a distance.your thinkin"damn,i wonder what kind of fucked up creatures are inside that darn tower".but just about everything from this stage creeped me out back in the day.

  • DEM GRAPHICS

  • Im beginning to think its really a depressed twilight fan(s) the troll disliking. If you get to almost all the best castlevania soundtracks uploaded by popular users (like this one, constantlimit, etc) there is often 1 or at most 5 dislikes...

  • 1 person never made it to the top of the tower.

  • I wish this level would've also had the mirroring/skewing segments as in the final stage.

Imagine it: horizontal mirror imagining of jumping between moving platforms descending "downward" in the teetering spire slaying beasts of darkness.

  • @tons0phun That would have been cool, but it just wouldnt fit.

  • the one person who voted this down got scared of it's brilliance.

  • This is one of the moust amazing tracks that Castlevania brought

This game is remarkable and this stage is mesmerizing when your character must follow trhough a endless ladders suspended in air! this is the chillin track!

  • @Chepito2846 well go to sleep! =P

  • If you listen to Heavenly Doorway from Symphony of the Night, you can hear distinctive similarities.

  • You just don't get anything as creepy as this in CV4.

  • I wish they could have had a level with the platform elements at the end of this stage, along with the tilting part of the stage, while having the skewed-segmentation illusions of Dracula's castle.

That is the level I play in my mind when I hear this.

  • every time i hear this sountrack remind me to HOD music( to bad compoused)

  • aww the music is blessed.genesis a weak sound chip well if this doesn't do justice to anything man here the dept eg etc all going at the same time.

  • @aryinc

    ........ WHAT ? <_<

  • just an amazing weird song..........loved since I heard it..........women talent in music can be really bad ass......

  • in anything.

  • you are totally right my friend

  • Yoko Shimomura too, without her and Michiru game music would be drastically weakened and far less credible in my opinion.

  • creepy shit back then!

Actually , it still somehow gives me the creeps!

  • what is this stage sapose to be about

  • the leaning tower of pisa is the best answer i can give.

  • must be mixed with sounds of dying birds :)

  • i actually thiked the same thing!!!

their cry is in tune with the BGM LOL

  • you dyslexic musician.

  • sorry man,i'm italian and,by the way ,those were typing mistakes

    :D

  • ha, sorry, it looked like you were trying to put liked and think in the same word... which I don' t think counts as being dyslexic, in anycase... THIS BGM IS GREAT.

  • This stage takes place in and around the Leaning Tower of Pisa in Italy.

The music kind of gives a sense of disorientation, fear, paranoia.

Especially when you're climbing up on steps in the sky, being chased by winged skeletons!!

  • and vertigo

  • Which is a form of disorientation....random fact!!!

  • that stage just before the boss, is so annoying worst case of Castlevania birds xD

  • Epic megadrive music

  • this level made me dizzy lol

  • scariest castlevania song. psychedelic, reminds me of italian 70s horror movies. level was disorienting too!

  • This was when he was in Italy, I remember the leaning tower of Pisa and the Medusa Heads, one of the hardest boards... Good Game too!

  • yeah this was balls hard. XD

  • This level is easy man. You just have to have timing.

  • I would be SO shocked if I saw Eric Lecarde climbing the Leaning tower of Pisa right now...........

  • aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

    aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

    aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

wait why are there mummy's in the pizza tower???

.....hy head begin to turn in circles

    aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • Definately a creepy song. But it fits for one of the most disorientating levels I've ever played.

    I loved every confusing moment.

  • this song sounds fucken EEEEVVIIIILLLL!!!!!

  • excellent trak!

  • And all that good music without annoying squeeking sounds and ridiculous sized flying demons.

  • love it
