oh dear god... first of all, try to read the manual first... you must say "navigate to destination", in order to bypass the google search... ¬¬ rolleyes...

I'm sorry you're handling this thing like a dumbass. You could have saved alot more time by saying "directions" or "navigate" to the location. And you make it look alot worse with your retarded use of the touch screen.

the 'voice search' hints (visual hints on the car home) seem to suggest the keywords to use for expected results: 'map', 'navigate', etc...

i'd like to see how this works with the dock, i would assume speaker phone would work but im really curious to see how all this would work with a bluetooth handsfree kit, music and nav at the same time, then recieving a call in the middle of it

Maybe it automatically goes to speaker when you use the dock? Either way, it is still in beta so I'm sure Google is watching/listening to the feedback on it to make the changes. Regardless it seems like a very solid FREE nav system.

you can't call and drive at the same time because verizon doesn't support voice and data at the same time.

Let's remember, Google Navigator is BETA. It clearly says that when the app opens. Hopefully Google will fix these problems with the final version.

Also, the phone may handle calls differently when the phone is actually in the car dock.
