And in Januar 2009 the israelis turn the tide and terrorised the gazastrip. There is no way to distinguish between a hamas fighter and civilian, since both are civilians and there is no uniform which identifies a hamas fighter as fighter. Instead of trying to work with what Hammas had managed to do in favour of the Israeli people their government was planning this attack the entire time.
