I'm still gettin my education of Amiri Baraka, so could you tell me how he feels about white people (no, I'm not white, I'm black) and who are the heathens and devils he is speaking about in this piece ...is it who I think it is ...and who I personally think (and has always proven themselves to be) the devils of the world?

I think the 'heathens' brother Baraka is talking about are those within the capitalist ruling class. Baraka's use of the term "heathens" is ironic given his marxist philosophy.
