America's wealth has massively declined since the 70's...to take it's place they've used borrowing and inflation which works in the short term BUT now were coming to the end of that short term and were broke. You can print money you can't print wealth, our leaders don't understand this.
Real wages vs inflation has declined, hence why people are living on huge amounts of debt, working more hours. It used to be just the father would work, but as wealth has decreased both parents now days usually have to work. Our government has borrowed or printed most of its money because it cannot tax enough from the people. The signs are all their we've confused wealth with borrowing and printing. Asia has been steadily building up real wealth and will continue to as we decline. Were broke.
oh they know, this was planned, 9/11 put it in full motion with fear (terrorism) from the Repubs, and playing the class envy, victim card by the Dems, they just act like they are different to keep up the smoke and mirrors
yeah, you can't hyperinflate our way out of this economy. As world consumers, I don't think the world understands that the actual factor market in America reflects it's net worth because of the wealth inequality problem. Which is just going to get worse with inflation. There is 6 bil in the world and the 300 mil in america less the 1 percent that own's 99 percent of it's wealth can't afford to spend our way out of this.
Yeah, the dollar is a slave. Always will be until we reinstate the gold standard. Thing is those who use this currency become the slave too.
Bring Back FORT KNOX! This will make dollar manipulation VERY difficult. Sure an inflexible dollar is hard to work with, but as we can all see a fake dollar is a recipe for disaster.
