some materials can easily poison a cell. in particular, do not use silicon. your system will work great for a while then stop working as the silicon contaminates components. This might explain why you did well early and production fell off over time.
Thanks, I have not done any measurements and have not been able to replicate that output again yet...But I will...The SS braided fuel line I purchased at a High Prefomance Shop at $6.25 a foot, I used 2 feet and five washers....

Hi Csirocksus, WOW what a production. Good work! Have you measured it's efficiency? (Amps/liters a minute).
By the way, where do you find braided SS fuel line? Never heard of it.
