Is this not illegal to sound a public warning siren? Even if it is on your property these sirens should only be activated thru local authorities and be under their control, Not yours

Very cool! I wish I could get my hands on one.The 1000t would be my choice but would settle for any siren if I could get one. In my neck of the woods I don't think the city would even let anyone have one.

Your 2T22 seems to be a HELL lot louder than the 2001s. It makes them sound like a cat purring and yours sound like a tiger roar

@superpwned80 For the same reason people buy and restore classic cars. These two sirens in the video are relics of the Cold War; they were gonna warn us if the Commies launched nukes at us. They should be preserved for future generations to enjoy.

My favorite siren. Big ports!

Zoom in and show more siren detail and less arearound it.

Show playground ONCE to show distance from siren..

Then show siren and controller operating with playground sound. In place of repetitive worthless playground views, show the cams turning and the relay snapping closed and open. Show your electric meter spinning during ON/OFF cycles. During final windown, pick up camcorder and get close asoundecreases.

@WilmothWarningsignal yep.. the moters in a xt22 are hard to move...if you hooked up 1 blower to it...it won't be supercharged...hook up 3.... LET R RIP...then say goodbye to your ears... the reason why??? the siren its self is 113db....now a thunderbolt blower pumps 250 cubic feet per minute of air at 6-7 psi up to the siren head... 3 blowers = 750 cubic feet per minuate at 21 psi.

I really like how the 2t22 sounds without the cones - very much like a British Carter siren which produces a very scary ambience. They run on 50hz so the tone is ever so slightly lower than the 2t22 running 60hz.

2t22 sorta sounds like a tbolt with out the blower and no horn on a high chopper level

@MrSciencetificsasuke Yes they do. 2t22's have a10/12 port ratio. wen simplified it's 5/6 port ratio the same on a thunderbolt, well most dual tone thunderbolts.

No someone was at the park with the camera. We had this headset thing going on so we could talk to each other while the test was going on. If you listen closely to the ambiance clip you can hear my friend Zach say hello to get my attention through the headset device.
