Exit 13 which is Route 9 and then exit 12 which is Route 52. Two very congested roads and from the looks of it, that traffic probably didn't pick up until after exit 7 which is the NYS Thruway. Bad day for 84 west bounders.

i have a CB in my jeep for off-road it makes for much quicker communication while driving with friends. CB =free. Nextel chirp=lame and monthly bill from sprint.

This is a cool video. Shows how useful a CB can be while traveling, especially in bad weather like this. I use primarily 2 meter radio for travel, but you wont hear as much as on CB

Dang I miss this. Got fired from Heartless Express in August.

Going to try Milkman to make the wife happy. Less than 1k per week pay, but since she got a raise it is a break even.

Keep the rubber down. Never should have sold my truck and gone to being a company driver. BTW to the people that don't know, a long wheelbase truck like the Classic he is driving is actually more stable when driven by an experienced driver than just about any 4 wheeler in those conditions.

I go full time with Estes in two weeks. I've spent the last four months driving a forklift there. My wife enjoys me being home through the winter. I'll run in the city P&D until I get enough seniority or the economy picks back up for there to be a line haul run available. Thanks for the encouragement.

@liberalsAREbigZEROS Thanks. For me it is working out. In the ATL terminal we have added 8 drivers in the last 6 weeks. Our freight is booming. I think it is our rates, but am hoping for everyone else it is more than just the normal springtime up tick in seasonal freight. I got my Health Care sign up package today as my 90 day probationary period is over soon and I will be able to bid on Line haul or run extra on the weekends if I have hours. I am really starting to enjoy City P&D lift gate.
