right on. i have a lot to learn about 7 star. i practice 8 step myself. this guys great, love the pace he keeps. great intention power and posture etc. solid.
Lovely posture! thank you for sharing! Naturally there would be variation from one school/sect to another.. but i h ave never seen a variation that didnt have a good use/explanation etc.. I love this fist set and it is the first thing I teach anyone who asks about mantis fist.. rather than bung bo
