  • nice alternative to the omoplata since anyone who's been doing BJJ for more than six months will see omoplata a mile away. thanks for posting it.

  • agreed. but I find it ironic that a purple belt is teaching this move since kneebars are illegal for white through purple belts. good for no-gi though

  • Kneebars are illegal in competition, but not for instruction...need to be prepared before the Belt Rank, for tournaments.
