i find it ridiculous that they themed this on the basis that now we don't need to risk lives to bring supplies over. utter bull. in war, soldiers get killed; you think their value is more than that 2mln in tech mounted in, around and on those vehicles? the real use of this application is "non-stop marathon driving", which makes more sense. How well will these things even BE at night situations? all calibrations and capabilities seem to be centered on day driving. Great show and innovation tho

Meh, if you think about it, it would have been much more difficult to program the robot to detect a car passing it, or if it needs to speed up JUST because the amount of sensors and extra hardware would be extreme.
