  • this is why most bench lifters rookies fail at heavy lifting...they need to do more speed benching and skull crushers ...in order to create that twitch movement when lifting....ryan kennelly is the master of speedd...thats why he can bench any weight possible.....if u are maxing out 315....ur speed bench should be around 155 3 reps in less than 3 sec.....for starters...once u get into the game of speed..u r max changes everytime u speed bench ...

  • i started out my max was 315 and i speed bench first two mondays 155 ..in less than 2 sec..then increased after two mondays to 175 and did that in less than 3 sec.....increase it after every two mondays pass....my speed is currently at 320 in less than 3 sec.....for all these...8x3 ..30 sec break.....then do skull crushers 5x5... my max is 495. it changed dramatically ..started speed from 155 after 2 weeks 175 ..and so on up to 320 ...speed. no limit go on and on...take pink magic and prime
