I've had issues with shelf harm since as early as seventh grade but didnt get sevr till eighth. im now a freshmen and i go thro spells and i have cutting binges or whatever for weeks then i just flat out stop. I also told one of my close friends that i had stoped a while ago. and she doesnt or i dont the she does know that im still cuttin i wuld like to tell her but i don think i can due to i hate breaking a promise like this and i ave a whole lot more to say but not enough room. so im done

Why can't I stop? i try sooo hard but i am never able to put it down for a long time spans...i hate myself...*sighs*
