  • Ahhh, I thought this was just a family recipe. LOL. I really like these. Especially when they're really sweet and crispy yet slightly soft. We call them kajhoor. My sister tried to make a 'healthier' version with dried food and brown flour. Can't say they were amazing. I prefer them sweet and crispy!!!

  • ours came out sugery my mom is a telugu person and she did it all salty did you know you can also use a fork to make the shells and challa suggery unathe

  • @udnahc123 In India you may check with the stores which sell lab equipments and take a thermometer which has a range upto atleast 150 centigrade
