Is apple or orange taste better? It depends on your taste! In "Thanka Thalikayil" the poet/hero desired to go to Padma Theertham and "kadavil vannoru nullu tharan ente kai tharichu....oru pottukuthan njanaagrahchu..!!" "Padmatheertham" was profound; "Thanka thalikayil" was full of earthy passion - not obscene !! Not even lust !! Now you know why "Padma Theertham" got award and even Non-Malayalees were raving about it ! Thank you for uploading this charming song. Wish video was available !

Padmatheerthame was easily the more famous song, even going on to win a national award. When I said oversahdowed, I meant in terms of popularity. And that song works on a different plane...this one is, as you said, a supreme song of sensuality.
