You know, watching shows like this is very confusing for me as an omnivore. My ancestors were both hunters and prey. Personally I think they're relating theropod life far too closely to lions. . . . If you look for example at birds, no species acts the way they show here. If a female is taking care of her young, either the male is nowhere to ever be found again, or the male and female have a close bond with each other and their young. If the male comes back from a trip away, the female would recognize him without some fancy "throat display."
