It was screwed up that GuyA had to ask GuyB what GuyA was supposed to believe... how delusional do you have to be?? Everything else was just even more insane... no matter what you believe, you should NEVER EVER want someone else to be executed. Period.
Fundamentalist Christians are scary. The irony is that most of them don't even know the Bible that well. But what they do know well is their dogma.
