constructive criticism is what every one should accept at sometime in life , constructive yes , dumb comments no ,, RE: celebs being arrogant , they weren't until they got where they are and then they change , IF they were like that in my restaurant I would " politely " ask them to leave which would up my image big time. Seen it done and it works.
