I went Vegan when I was pretty young.I'm going to admit,it was hard to give up dairy because after I went Vegetarian I ate even more cheese,and therefore got even more addicted to it.But in the end...it's so worth it.You feel so much better.
I pretty much was born and raised on this S.A.D "Standard American Diet" but one day at the age of 22 i seen a man named Markus Rothkranz and it opened my mind and eyes! I learned how the Greens, soaked seeds & nuts, superfoods, fruit, sprouts work and what they do and what they have for the body, soul, mind, and spirit. I truly feel like a super human from just two mouths of converting plus its just fun!
