i absolutely hate this phone.... your better off getting a smartphone the messages get full fast and the buttons get stuck. i would not recommend this phone the only plus is the keyboard and how fast you can text on it

@thebest2322 Theres no signature option :( No Pantech phones do, Nevermind Pantech, No AT&T phones have signatures other than the newer LG phones. :( Depressing.

There is a head set you cant buy and the mic you can wear. But the head set doenst last long! Also I have droped my phone from a 4 story parking garage and the thing still works! I used it in the rain and still works. Pantech got it right with the Link. All I buy now is Pantech!

I have this phone. I use alot of the video mode. Its not great like the smart phones. But still gets the job done. The only thing I hate about the video is that the phone records from the front mic. I like to video blog (Vlog) but the darn mic is on the other side!

Just got this phone today for my first cell phone. I love it already! It's very sleek and lightweight. Also, I can text pretty easily for almost never texting before. It also has a nice camera and some other nice features. I couldn't be happier.

I've had 2 of these phones since May 2010. They work great, but don't get it if you work outdoors (I work on a drilling rig).

If it's in your pocket while you're working it gets royally messed up. Sweat caused water damage, the keypad buttons are stiff (some no longer work), and a myriad of other problems. But, other than not being able to handle rough use, it's a good phone.

Hi there. Thanks for the video and information. I'm looking for a phone for my parents who are seniors. They are wanting one that they can text on, they currently have ATT and a SIM card with a messaging plan. I think this model is a ATT Gophone model as well, if I purchase it at Walmart as a (Gophone) or somewhere else, can I just insert their current SIM in and and it will work?

@CresceMoon Read my reply to Angiefl0wer... I would recommend this phone if you are someone who is not a heavy texter nor if you are on your phone very often. My mom has it and she sends a couple texts a day and is rarely using her phone, and she loves it... I mean the phone gets the job done... It makes calls and it texts fine, but I wouldn't recommend it for a teenager who texts a lot haha

@Angiefl0wer The downsides for me have to be It barely holds any text messages (I think 200?) And once your inbox is full you can't send any texts and it's annoying when you have a message typed out and you can't send it because your inbox is full. The camera is awful, the phone randomly shuts off on me probably an average of 4 maybe 5 times a week. When you don't have service you have to turn off the phone and turn it back on to start receiving text again which doesn't always work.

Got the phone yesterday and I can't begin to tell you how satisfied I am with it. I love it because It looks more mature and I love texting on it. The keys aren't slippery, they are smooth and it helps for speed texting. It has pretty good customizations to it and the sound quality is great. If you have any questions about it just ask. I'll give my honest opinion or help you navigate it.

I'm going on a trip next month and need a phone, my last which I've had for years has been broken for a year. So when looking around for a cheap plan I decided AT&T's $2/Day looked good and the Link was the cheapest gophone so I got that one since the next was like... $80 or something. I've read a lot of mixed reviews on it. Your video is helping me get an idea if I did the right thing. It looks like it, especially for price and just get up and get it. Ended up paying about $27 after tax for it.

I've had this phone for about 2 months. Overall it's a good, decent phone. It's reliable. The first one I got was defective because it would send picture messages or go to anything on the phone that required internet but I got another one for free. Also this phone does not have a lot of basic features that other cheap phones would have like text signatures, customizable shortcuts on the circle pad etc. But besides that I think it's a reliable phone. Overall it's not bad.
