  • Oh I agree...cops are nothing more then Nazi's with little penis' or who were bullied in school and hide their cowardess with a gun and badge. They are all worthless and corrupt. I am a 15 year veteran of EMS; i am also a veteran of the US Marine Corps. Why did I serve a nation where the Guatopo seems to rule unchecked? More importantly why aren't people doom their duty and holding these pigs accountable? I am suing TX DPS and Randal County DA's office; at least imam doing my part

  • Sorry buddy, as entertaining as your posts are you know shit about the law.

  • When you swing at a cop (or anyone) get ready to get swung back on. Why do I have the right to hit some one and they don't have the right to respond? She was not trying to separate the office she was attacking him- watch the video. Also he asked them to leave and they made the decision to stay. You said 1st girl was not doing anything, she was staying after being loud and being asked to leave. Sir I respect your thoughts but in my opinion you are way off base.

  • Great topic, and I like your channel! I agree with MadBadVoodo that the woman had no place interfering with the cops job; however, that cop was way out of control when hit clocked her! That woman acted criminally, but then so did the cop in my opinion. Having a badge is not a license to beat people; especially a some drunk woman who could have been detained using proper police procedure!

  • the chick in the black dress has a nice ass.

  • @buddycraigg agreed.

  • wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @dfcoinc Right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • the cop escalated the situation. LEO or not someone hits me im going to fight back. the best state i lived in was AZ the cops were all very polite the reason is you can OC. its strange how a cop will act towards you with a .45 on your hip. when two men are on equal grounds it makes all the difference

  • Interesting how two people can see things in completely different ways? However we will need to agree to disagree on this one… Hey give me a call when you have some free time and I will give you an update on things going on with the TV Show…

  • @MadBadVoodo later today, or Tuesday next week. Despite some of the haters who think I don't work and live in my mothers basement (she's already dead.) I work my 45+ hours in 3 days and don't have time to run around dressed as Star Wars Characters, or maintain a half dozen troll accounts. :-)

  • the amount of force necessary to stop the resisting arrest. He was justified with the first smack across the face as she was committing a crime and using force against him. She then struck the cop. Like it or not, you cannot interfere with a cop making an arrest. You cannot hit a cop or use any force against him. Once she did that, he was justified to use the next level of force (striking weapons) against her to end the problem. It certainly was a clusterfuck, but he will be cleared.

  • @Donnybrook10 Donny, the only reason that flies in places like NY is because there are laws on the books that hold cops harmless. We have some similar laws in PA as well, but Gov't here hasn't given police "blanket protections" because we see what has happened in other states where that has been afforded, Cops go crazy, and anyone trying to stop it gets thrown in jail, while the crazy Cop stays on the beat.

I'm not down on Cops, I'm down on crooked cops, and bad laws.

  • @jdouglasfisher All due respect, you're just arguing for the sake of arguing. There are no "blanket protections" here as you allude. The use of force continuum is very simple and is in place in all states.Had that very same incident occurred in PA, the cop would have been cleared there too.Bottom line, the vast majority of people do not understand the law and they allow their emotions to prevail in cases like this. The girl who was hit was committing a crime and was aggressive toward the cop.

  • @Donnybrook10 oh really? Have you ever actually read law books? I can cite some laws that exempt "law enforcement" from many things in NJ. First example off the top of my head is they are exempted from adhering to traffic control devices. Cops in NJ are also exempting from "distracted driving laws" such as using a cell phone while driving. Yeah, these are call "Blanket Protection Laws". Don't be stupid.

  • @jdouglasfisher This is a ridiculous argument.First off, there are indeed provisions in the Vehicle and Traffic Laws which allow ON-Duty officers from adhering to traffic laws while functioning in the course of their officials duties AND provided they can do so without endangering the public. If they cause an accident, which has happened many times, they are very much liable both civilly and criminally. Cell phones are a method of dispatching. You sound like an angry envious child. Yes Im a cop

  • JDF Good discussion. I'm a 22 year cop in NY. I might also add that I lean very much toward libertarian ideology. That being said, at least in NY, no one can lawfully intercede or interfere with a police officer in the course of performing their duties. I saw that video several times. If that happened here, I would say that the cop would be OK. The cop was in uniform therefore he was acting as a police officer. The girl who was slugged was resisting arrest (of another). He can use

  • good points I agree with you this time
