Dr. Lutzer served as senior pastor of Edgewater Baptist Church, Chicago, from 1971 to 1977. During that time he completed an M.A. in Philosophy from Loyola University Chicago. He then entered the PhD program at Loyola to pursue a doctorate in Philosophy.[1] In subsequent years, Lutzer has received two doctorates, an LL.D. from Simon Greenleaf School of Law and a Doctor of Divinity from Western Conservative Baptist Seminary.

He ENTERED a Ph.D program at Loyola/Chicago, never earned a doctorate there. And an honorary doctorate -particularly from an unaccredited school like Greenleaf- does not entitle him to the address of "doctor".

@AgApE010 An honorary doctorate no more entitles him to be addressed as "doctor" than a pair of Junior Captain's Wings from United Airlines entitle my 4 year old nephew to take the controls of a 757 on final approach.
Perhaps the unaccredited "bible college" you attended never instructed you as to protocol, fool.
