I fucking loled at these devil horns in the crowd.

It's not because Tarja used to be in a metal band that she's doing metal now. The efforts they've put in the songwritting to make this album metal really were in vain. The structure of the songs is always the same which makes the album really boring. The only awesome song, IMO, is The Reign.

What deserves metal horns is metal, not that kind of music. I never said it was bad. I just said that the album was boring. I never compared it to other songs either. I really don't care about the fact that she didn't write the only song I really liked on her album. I was a fan of Nightwish when she was in the band, and I can't understand how a founding member of the band that pretty much changed symphonic metal can write songs like these. Am I allowed to think like that? Yes.

Err....she had no say in writing Nightwish's songs. Tuomas, for whatever reason, didn't want anyone else to. Tarja never had a chance to show her creativity when it came to writing, so your comment concerning that is pretty much moot.

Only this song on her album that is realy nice. Indeed, Tarja is a great singer, but the other compositions are ordinary at all. Mike Terrana is a very good drummer, and he´s former Malmsteen`s!! But the guitarrist is ordinary too. Sorry, but is what i felt.

Wow. She's doing a gig on 20th Dec in London but I couldn't get tickets. I tell you what, screw Nightwish- they lost what makes them unique and now they are not what they were; now they're just another run of the mill metal band with an ordinary voice... you do not sing old Nightwish with soul, for fucksake! Now Tarja has the creative reins this is what comes out of it? Give us more, woman! You're better than they will ever be now. Keep singing and inspiring ordinary people like me.
