great but a bitach to install mainly just getting the carb on and off the bike, then they are really decent for a 250. but a Jet kit is a must with an exhaust to stop it from running extremely lean or cook your head and piston.... personally I have that done full exhaust, jet kit, air filter, frfont sprocket and no airbox lid and thats good enough for me :)
well to make it fair these bikes need to breathe...that is your first demon to fight before sprockets etc.. so an aftermarket exhaust and not just a slip-on I mean whole header pipe and muff. Then it needs the Airbox lid REMOVED AND THROWN AWAY then a (well I have a K&N) air filter, but it needs a good air filter. A jet kit is a must stick with dyno jet because they are
is it just me or is the new klx 250s slow as fuck i have bought one and it just seems to have no power love to get some feedback on that maybe sprockets,exhausts, different bike, etc...
make sure you get it derestricted , i boight one new other day and it was so slow i thought there was something wrong but after some research found out the carby slide needs to be swapped for one with no holes or fill holes in which the dealer did two days later for me at no charge, its restricted due to adr to get into the country
Not at all it actually made mileage better by 25%
