However there could be a "quantum record" of the past contained in some undiscovered quantum object. In fact, perhaps the state of matter could be "rewound" or "fast forwarded", using this quantum record, and that could be a form of time travel perhaps. But "time" itself does not exist.

The passage of time can be witnessed only through the waxing and waning of the light from the sun; if we took the sun and moon away then there is no light for time to be relative to and thusly time no longer exists.

Time is a real phenomenon, it's been proven, at high gravity, time ticks slower, digital clocks, literally digital clocks we have in space have to be reset everyday, and depending on which planet the craft is/was orbiting, the time change was different for each. @ak47523 Wrong. I and countless others have seen shadow people while wide awake. I've seen them over 10 times for as long as 30 seconds, til they get too close to me and I scream, and they run away. The last time I saw one was the scariest, I turned a corner and one was just 2 feet in front of me, closer than ever. Instead of a normally featureless face, it had red eyes, it began speaking to me at rapid speed, I couldn't understand it and don't know if it was english. I screamed and it ran away.
