@rashelle97 I'm sorry that your mom won't let you try rodeo. I know that it's scary to let go of your kids and let them take chances that could result in injury, but you can't raise them in a bubble and protect them from everything either! I know that this sport like any other can result in serious injury or even death but i try not to think about it. Freak accidents can happen in any sport, you could break your neck tumbling or die of heat stroke at football practice to name a few.

at the end why is destiny using a different horse for pole bending because i thought ace barrel races and pole bends very well

@HannahTheAmazing1 That was the very first time that Destiny ever did the poles. She had watched the other children in the rodeo do them and wanted to do it too! She had never seen the poles before or practiced them at home, she just wanted to do it so I entered her. She rode Kitamans Son Of A Doc (AKA Miss Kitty) because she was there. She is a team roping horse that we owned and trained and she was safe and "work friendly!" She had never done the poles either!

@horselover9977 Yes, they still Rodeo! They have gotten quite good. Dylan won a buckle for Reserve Champion barrel racer and Destiny won buckles for Reserve Champion pole bender and goat undecorating. The new Edmond Jr. Rodeo season starts April 22nd.

@horselover9977 I won them in an auction on Ebay, and I don't remember how much they cost but it wasn't much - maybe $20 or $25 plus shipping! I think they came from Horselovers, but not sure. They are Kelly brand.

WOW they are tough! I have had horses my whole life/ I compete in horse shows. I have been saving my money up to buy a barrel horse. So far my horse has a prospect, but I don't want to retrain. I ride in english and western. But retraining them would mean not having a good all- around horse! Any way their horses are awesome!!!

Yes, the horses they ride are theirs! Destiny owns Ace as well as Sissy (her first horse) a miniature that she has owned since she was 2 years old! She raises a foal out of her every year now. Dylan owns Yoho (a palomino spanish mustang) and Ginger, his new barrel horse.

This is so cute!! I love all of it but my favorite part is where he gets tangled up with the goat and loses his boots! He's so little and cute sitting there in the middle of the arena putting his boots back on! The goat is bigger than he is!!!
