wait a fucking sec dude, are you running this game with a single core processor and only 1 gb ram?!? because i'll try to run it with the same graphic card ati hd 4650 1 gb ddr2, a dual core and 2 gb ram in xp sp3 and the only way to get a decent speed of game was setting almost everything on low!!!! in a resolution of 800x600, wtf!!!!!! somebody help me!

@xmorissthemz I think u should use windwos 7 (or vista) because it has Directx10 and can optimize your dual core with games...

@xmorissthemz Dude i am also facing this problem and i don't know how this fellow runs that game smoothly on Pentium 4.I got a Dual Core E5300 2.60Ghz running at 3.12Ghz, 2 GB Ram, Ati HD4650 1GB DDR3.Still i get low fps at about 18 average at resolution of 1280x1024 so i switched to 1024x768 to get a better fps.
