that's a male right? cuse I have a budgie where the colour around the nose hole is blue but around it is purple. My other one has almost a white cere, does that mean it's a female? The white cere one is always shooing the other one away or peeking at it, is that ok?

can someone help me with a probelm? my budgie is about 4 months old and whenever i put my hand near her she starts making a mixture of a squawk noise and a growl but it only happens sometimes and its threatening
