talking about scapecraft... my friend (the same guy with talking about the best harvester) went into a multiplayer server and he was spawned in a massive maze/fort place. He was told to fight this other guy and they decided not to, so the creater place about 100 mobs in the entire place and they had to fight them off. hahahahaha it was so funny!!!

Agree with reddragon56789's comment WAYYY down below this one.

The banner is okay but a bit on the 'Meh' side. You can definitely do better if you try. But it's not a necessity. You're series is fine just the way it is (to me at least).

For a game like Minecraft that aims to look & feel retro, I feel that anyone recording in HD is just plain showing off (like Crysis on max). You're videos look really good - better than many other I've seen. Don't go HD - it's as overrated as Twitter.

I honestly don't get why you dug all the way up to the surface instead of making a tunnel. It's ugly, and nowhere near as efficient.

You don't have to put the banner on top of the video. It's actually a better idea to put it at the beginning, or you'll get distracted by the voice and two different things going on on screen all at once.

It matters to me a ton. For some reason my computer is backwards and it lags more on 480p than on 720p.  I also think the difference in quality is very noticeable.

These are good segway videos simply to get any of your own questions answers and shoutouts to anyone. The actually video itself is really not very interesting but you get a lot done as far as talking on a non-live commentary. Keep up the good work! :D

I honestly don't think the minecraft vids look any different in 360 480 or 720. The graphics aren't really that great to begin with. I say don't waste your time.

Can't wait for this whole minecart system to be done. I like the sped up/time lapse third person view.

@LordXennu yea, hope I am not boring you guys with this whole build thing. I recorded episode 56 today and I didn't actually do anything with this minecart system, got wrapped up at the original house. I had used all my diamond picks to make that trench so I had gone back home to farm in the strip mine and did a few things around there while we were there. Episode 57 will be finishing this, but not 3rd person camera angle, I will record that tomorrow.

Your videos have always looked fine. Don't spend all that extra time rendering in HD, it looks great as-is. :)

A few points

1. Logo looks good, a little big though. Maybe just "Mindcrack Episode __" instead?

2. Give the 720p a shot, just one test video to see if we like it and you can live with the process. If you're more concerned about file size you could always try to tweak the encoding settings. Also you know Vegas can encode straight to a compressed version, right? I edit mine and encode straight to h.264 with it.

3. Video size, think you were looking for "aspect ratio" :)

I would love a server that doesn't have a /give command so people can get unlimited amounts of tnt or diamonds (my only complaint about the reddit server).

As for the video quality it looks fine. Minecraft isn't that graphically complicated so unless you are using an HD texture pack the higher resolutions wouldn't have much of an effect.

1. Keep up the vids. They rock.

2. The logo is okay, but something thats cleaner with smoother looks would be nice. I know you can do better. ;D Nothing to fancy is needed.

3. The quality is great, my PC can't run 1080pvids and 720p is really laggy, so 360-480p is preferred. It does not matter.

4. I love the 3rd Person POV, but when you go to far off into the distance I'm left staring at an empty screen, which gets boring after awhile.

I'm involved with the redstrype server which is pure survival based with the only commands pretty much being warps, everything people make they have to gather themselves. Look it up on reddit if your interested also people have to be approved before joining however its not that hard to get into the server.
