@n2hotmen2 I sent him a message last month asking him when he'll make a new video. This is the response.

"Hey bud, i broke my arm in late January and had surgery in Feb. Im on the mend, better as ever, just getting back to my normal routine and strength after being out for almost 5 months. Look for me in August, hope to have a video then, but i want to look good, not just do a video to do one. Keep in touch, Garry"

Hey Garry... your size is impressive, but the quality, detail and definition are immaculate. Hey, it sure appears you have great genetics, you are absolutely right that anyone can build muscle if they are dedicated. I have very poor genetics for bodybuilding and was always skinny as hell, but after 8 years of dedication and without drugs, I got my arms up to 18 inches. It's being dedicated and sticking to it. You inspire one hell of a lot of guys out there. I like the longer video length! Yeah!
