  • Wow looks good, must try this whole workout thing. I have done the plank before though, my longest non stop plank was a few seconds under 4 minutes. Although I wouldn't of normally been able to do that but someone else challenged me too and I get a bit competitive :/

  • After pregnancy i got abdominal seperation, and i've been doing these exercises since this vdeo was posted and i seriously have noticed a differance there is now no gap between my muscles so im pleased to say the least, especially since my doctor said the "only way" to fix it was surgery, Thankyou Ladies xx

  • @maryvlogs i think it does cuz doesn't muscle burn fat? so if you're gaining ab muscles your burning fat bit by bit. idk. just a guess :)

  • @maryvlogs Any types of cardio exercices helps creating a calorie deficit (wich makes fat loss possible) You need to burn more calories than consumed to lose weight. By the way you can't lose fat only on a particular area, you can only lose overall body fat.

  • @maryvlogs well yes, because more muscle mean more fat burn. Muscles burn fat =)

  • @kataa91 It is true that having bigger muscles allows you to burn more calories althought that it doesn't literally burn the fat. To burn an extra 100 calories a day you would need to build like 10lbs of muscle (wich is alot!). You must burn 3500 calories more than consumed to lose 1 pound of fat. The best way to burn alot of calories is exercising and eating well ^^

  • Hmmm, I'd guess my head weighs 20-25 lb....the only way I WON'T feel tension in my neck is if I pull on my head (i.e. lift it) with my hands. Never could understood that instruction about not pulling on your head ... I think everyone just parrots it without actually thinking about it.

  • in my weight training class, we get into the plank position and put a 25 lb weight on our back and hold that position for 30 seconds 3 times. It is intense but its a good workout.

  • I have a dislocated knee which didnt heal right.. now its hard for me to bend and walk properly. what kind of work out can i do that will give me good results that i can do on a daily basics and make me lose some weight. Keeping my knee in mind i cant put full weight on my knee or leg because the chance of it dislocating again. I need to lose about 30 pounds but feel like my knee is keeping me from this. what kind of work outs can i do????? any ideas????

  • This work out is fundamentally wrong. 25 reps should be a minimum for Ab exercises. If you cant start at 25 reps for these exercises(which they are only half of actual exercises) you should walk or run on the treadmill and attempt to get 25 daily until you can. Anyone who knows anything about fitness will tell you 8 reps for abs does nothing, especially these crunches.. Will this give you a better looking stomach? No, this whole video is useless; regarding this as a work out plan is idiotic.

  • @Cripotlol I'm sure she's doing 8 because 25 would take too much time for a video, she doing 8 and it's still a bit less than 10 minutes. And besides I'm sure anyone would know that these exercises wouldn't replace a whole workout plan.
