A very good interview though audio was lacking. Mr. Musharraf answered the tough questions asked politely and respectfully by Mr. Rana.. His mother is very graceful and her blessings will be a gift to Pakistan.

Likeable personality but I struggle figuring out his achievements during 8 years of total power. He could have irreversibly changed the future of Pakistan for the better. Therefore, not sure what he can do in the future except provide another face. What we need in Pakistan are new leaders who have a vision for the Pakistani people, can do attitude, lay it all out with a schedule, achieve the goals and move on leaving behind a legacy that people will remember for ever. It is not rocket science.

@khwaja12 Musharraf was 100 times better during his 8 years of total power, and he did lot better than PPP and PML(N) government. Not sure, if you are day dreaming & think that Imran Khan will win in any election, who definettly have a better vision than Zardari and Sharif, cause our elections are Fuedal based. Democracy and Fuedalism don't go together, but unfortunately in Pakistan fuedal land lords are using very well the curtain of democracy, and in any election only PPP or PML(N) will win.

@munnapakora Was trying to make a samosa out of a pakora! Seriously, being better than PPP or PML is not good enough for Pakistani people. We have to look outward and compete with the world. Right now we are lagging far behind......can't even provide basic necessities of life to our people like electricity and water!!!! Pakistanis deserve better leadership and I don't think it will be forthcoming from the current pack of politicians. Either Feudalism gives or revolution emerges.

I love his mother, he wrote in his book that, she says " kissi ko nokar nahi bulana chahye, koi kissi ka nokkar nahi hota" and since then I never used the word nokar :)
