dont hate on carrol, remember what people said about lucas? how he was boo'd every time he was on the ball by his OWN fans? look, i dont think he is a top class striker YET.. but who's to say he doesn't have potential... lucas is now the BEST defensive midfielder in the BPL and noone hates on him now, just give the lad time...

@tobigo12 I hope he doesn't turn out to be another Pacheco, Pacheco was sold way to early and he's going to be one of Europe's best strikers in 2-4 years. We loaned him out with the incentive of a permanent deal to Atlético Madrid. I think we'll see players like Stephen Darby and David Amoo break into the main team before the likes of Morgan, Suso, Sterling etc as Amoo and Darby are both out on loan in the lower leagues (no dis-respect to Bury & Rochdale) gaining invaluable experience.

@BilalBilalBilal2 It could be a while, 2-3 seasons? It's common practice for players showing potential to go out on loan to a lower league for experience. David Amoo, Stephen Darby and possibly Villyan Bijev will all have there chance in the first team before the likes of Adam Morgan, Raheem Sterling, Suso etc, It's almost like graduating, We've seen this year Robinson, Flanagan and Kelly graduating into the first team and next season it'll be the same. There are exceptions though.

I actually hope he just passes on celebrating altogether. I think it actually rubs it in to the opponent more if you score the goal and act like nothing happened. Something that was just expected to happen.

When will you "hardcore fans" realize that a club is only as big as its players? (And not the way around, as you guys loooooove to repeat).

Carroll is a great player, his playstyle however requires decent service. Which if you've seen Enrique or Downing crossing, Liverpool are lacking right now.

Get off your high horse and support your players, without them, Liverpool is nothing.

Fair enough. I think he fits very well, we just need to tune the aiming a bit with the crosses and such. Look at the Newcastle game after Gerrard came in and started crossing to him. He became a beast again in a few minutes

@DaBhaalspawn I agree with you, Carroll has been really good the last games and Im sure he will get even better but he needs better support. But Kenny plays him wrong in my opinion. When he is alone as a target with no help then he is useless! But when we use him correctly then he is a beast as you said!
