  • Thanks so much...I had so many Power Records...many of the storoes scared me as a kid

  • The best is the sound effects they use for Reed's stretching power!

Ben really had the best voice on the record.

  • ty for the read alongs these are great.ty ty ty

  • Thank you so much for posting this. You did a great job!!!!

  • I remember this clearly. Like yesterday. I think I was about 8 or 9. Hard to believe someone still has this.

  • Awesome. This is pretty neat.

  • I used to have this! I like Thing's voice. Johnny sounds like a kid though.

  • He IS a kid!

  • Remember the 1966 Marvel superhero series (Hulk, Capt. America, Sub Mariner, Ironman and Thor) cartoons? They were taken right out of the comics too, the stories were all so fasinating and involving. Marvel should copy stories from their own 60's/70's comics and make them into cartoons or movies. And yes, I too owned the 45 records as well as the rare 33 album (it had 4 of the comics). Anyways, I like the line Ben says in part 2, "Ma Grimm's #1 son has heard enough, I came in like gangbusters!"

  • Thanks for posting this--I own an original book/45 record; Also have Captain America and the Falcon fighting the Son Of Baron Zemo (..."Not an actual villain, Sam", admits Cap to partner , The Falcon, "... a misguided fool", both of which are buried deeply in the old comic collection for many, many years.

  • Thank you so much for posting these Power Records segments. They take me back...

  • OH LOVE IT...PLEASE DO MORE. I love the fantastic 4 HOW ABOUT WHEN THE THING HAD TO FIGHT THE HULK

  • Did Power records ever do a story like that?

  • Is it me or is the voice of johnny storm belong to the guy who voiced speed in speed racer cartoons of the 60's i think his name was peter hernandez or fernandez?

  • The narrator is the guy from the Kid Stuff

    read alongs

  • Thank you! I used to have this back in the 70's! I wore the record out! LOL! I always thought this little story would make a great movie!

  • no problem - glad you enjoyed it - more movies to come!
