No offense. But this is way too fast and with not emphasis on any melodies. Have you ever danced a French Musette? You have to feel the beat. Every phrase has to be felt. Your notes are all connected. There is no difference. It needs to feel like you are taking a breath in between phrases. We need to feel the 3 beats and the different melody phrases. Try dancing this waltz while playing it.

I would start by playing it slower. The 1st phrase is 4 bars of 3 beats, and so on.
