Today on 04.20.2011 I heard John sing a song on the fox channel in Denver. I was blown away. As a person who was in high school in the 80's, and as a musician myself, I never knew he did this style. He is absoultly awesome. Check out his song Mississippi Mile! Damn John, you are keeping it real!

Sorry, huge H &O fan but John struck out on this one.

The rearrangement was a step down from the original version.

He is not singing, he is doing this wishy washy noodling around and swallowing notes. He is out of tune. He doesn't seem to really like singing solo. Too bad he seems to have no one around him who can offer constructive criticism

Awesome John!!! Now another 20 year old tune from his past is ripe for a make over. How about "Electric Blue" the Ice House hit he co-wrote and sang back up on?
