  • what an eye to spot that shit

  • driver's too worried about what someone said to him at work, or about missing hours on his pay. not even thinking about driving a tug full of luggage. @TinnInches you're an idiot. suck it up and do you're fuckin job

  • D.E.L.T.A

    Don't Ever Litter Taxiways Asshole

  • stuff like that happens all the ime

  • At Tininches: Union sucks!! You suck for suck lousy comment too. If you hate customer service, get an other job, or better, leave your job to a white person who won't be as racist as you black person! Low life!

  • ha ha ha ha that was funny!!!!

  • That's why I support Unions! Fuck your luggage! Nothing you can do about it anyway, sorry ass customers. Always bitching about something. My luggage this. My luggage that. How about me? How about me always having to deal with your sorry attitudes. You try and drive around an airport all day long, joking with fellow coloreds, and then always being interrupted by some white guy to go get his white friends luggage. So THEY can go on some vacation.

  • jajajajajaja murphy's law

  • And not a fuck was given that day !

  • D.E.L.T.A

    Don't Expect Luggage To Arrive

  • @campaingboy73 genius

  • D.E.L.T.A.

    Don't Ever Leave The Airport

  • @dodgyhingst I saw on the news a few years they had a plane stuck on the taxiway (not at the terminal) of JFK for 8 hours.

  • LOL in Wellington nz we turn around a fully loaded 737 in under 25mins

  • @Airbusvsboeing The only problem with that is that's when mistakes happen when people are rushing to get things done!

  • @4crevis been that way for the whole 4 years ive been there, Nothing has gone wrong, coz we know what we are doing and how to do it

  • @Airbusvsboeing Ok thanks... makes me feel a bit more confident about flying again!

  • Ohh so thats where my bags went. Im suing :D

  • my cousin sent me a brand new pack ipod and my happiness vanished when i found it broken, now i know what happened to my late ipod :(

  • Airport Drift

  • The only thing i saw super interesting in the background was Song Airlines.

  • Whats the point of this video? It happens on a daily basis in every airport... Well packed bags don't get damaged very easily folks.

  • This happens all the time. I worked the ramp at BDL for UAL for 5 years. been there done that myself.

  • you spelled backround wrong u spelled bacround

  • @dyannacarbajal You still spelt 'background' wrong...

  • @justinriley11 ahahaha omg im so stupid!!! i missed the g

  • @dyannacarbajal Well you can't go dogging other people's mistakes when you make one yourself...

  • I hope y'all realize all airlines treat their bags like crap

  • That may be the single most hilarious thing I have ever seen in my entire life. WIN.

  • not a single fuck was given by the driver

  • Us Airways in Tampa,Fl is just like that

  • ohhh Delta. how you never cease to amaze us...

  • Fail

  • I'm gonna make a video..."Stupid youtuber misspells "bacground" on video about Delta"

The bags weren't "lost". They fell off the cart.

  • I get that it is your point to try and rip on Delta, but if you knew anything about what goes on on the ramp, you would know this idn't a big deal. Meaning there are tons of people around everywhere. ATL is extremely busy, and the baggage fell out where people drive by every few seconds. So, the luggage was picked up and brought to the flight within the next few minutes. So next time you wan tto rip on something, get your facts straight.

  • This isn't even a big deal, this has happened to literally every airline at some point. I probably see this happen to someone at least once a fortnight even at an airport as small as Darwin.

  • Breakfast in London, Lunch in Los Angeles, Luggage in New Zealand.

  • lol they can fill it up so fast because they loose all of the luggage before it gets to the plane! HAHA.

  • HA!!!!!! LOL!!!!!!

  • lmaooo

  • Proof that DELTA sucks. It is rated one of the worst airlines in the WORLD. I will never fly them again !!!!!!!

  • @guns155mm stupid comment. it happens everyday with any airline dumb ass.

  • So that is what happened to my bags!

  • @sd906238 lol. ITS NOT MY BAGS!! I DONT CARE...

  • lol the driver said fuck it and kept driving

  • oh no the bags fell off! oh no the luggage is gone forever! you can clearly tell the vehicle stopped right after, likely to pick it back up. so many actual things to mad at airlines about but this is stupid as fuck. FAIL.

  • did you film this with a potato

  • the airport is like hotel california, you can check out, but you cant leave.

  • Anyway, s**t happens and we have a hard job, so if anyone wants to whinge - go and try doing it for a day!

  • @styhlka Oh give me a break! I have a hard job and yeah it's stressful like all jobs in the travel & tourism industry are. But I don't EVER let it effect my quality of work. No matter how tough things get it's important to do your job professionally and to the standard that is expected. If you think it's too hard and don't have enough enthusiasm to do YOUR job right then clearly it isn't for you. We have a bloody right to whine if someone isn't doing there job right and then moans at US! Pfft!

  • @FlightLineProduction I never said my job was too hard for me. I said we have A HARD job. And if I didn't have enough strength and enthusiasm I would give up the job after a week. And I have seen people giving it up, because they admitted it's too hard for them! Anyway maybe it wasn't even this poor fella's fault. What if someone else stacked the bags for him and he just took them out. One turn and the bags are falling. And believe me it happens EVERY day, but we don't do it on purpose!

  • this is clearly showing how poor the aiport staff treats our bags! If they did there job right this wouldnt happen! This is a massive mistake on there part and should be looked over more then anything!

  • @NeonSilverStars News flash...this happens at every airline.

  • I'm sorry, but that's nothing compared to things that happen to the baggage all the time. I am a baggage handler and this happens everyday. You cannot expect us to treat your bags like glass. You have to handle 200-500 bags a flight. Imagine doing 4 flights in 8-9 hours. Plus the airline has got nothing to do with the baggage handler who lost the bags. That's ground handling, which is done by another company for the airline

  • @styhlka I believe at a fortress hub like the ATL, the rampers *are* DL employess, so they are representing the airline. I know sh*t happens, but your last sentence is assanine.

  • @diapermanful I work at one of the major airports of the world which is London Heathrow and ground handling is done here by companies like Dnata, Servisair, Cobalt etc. who are trying to get contracts from different airlines. Even American Airlines ground handling doesn't handle just AA. And the AA ground handling company is a completely different company than American Airlines. Same with United ground handling. They've got nothing to do with the actual United airline...

  • @styhlka Well, good for you. Fact is, DL rampers at all of their U.S. hubs are DL employees, and AA rampers at all of their U.S. hubs are AA employees. Same is true of every other U.S. legacy carriers ramp rats at all of their U.S. hubs.

  • @styhlka Oh, yeah....Here in the U.S., there is no seperate AA ground handling company that handles AA flights---they are all AA employees working directly for AA with AA paychecks, AA benefits, and collective bargaining agreements with, you guessed it, AA. Oh yeah, above info about AA rampers in U.S. is the same for UA rampers in the U.S., so in acutuality, at least here in the U.S., they have everything to do with the actual UA and AA.....

  • @diapermanful Fair enough, I realize there's a lot of differences between the States and the UK and this is one of them...

  • noooooooooooooooooo my drugs lol

  • u spelled background wrong

  • @NeonSilverStars no offense but i still lol at that because part of my job is checking people in. which means i get to see there travel plans. and people will literally take 50lbs of crap with them for a 1 day trip sadly most people dont know how to pack at all. and then there upset when i tell them that there bag is either to dangerous or out of guide lines for carry on. 20 lbs could put you in the hospital if it falls on you. we dont want that. us taking your bag is faster and safer all around

  • I refuse to fly on a non union scab airline

  • @NeonSilverStars yes pack everything in your carry on so that its over sized and then we "the airline" gets to charge you a premium fee to check in your now over sized/over stuffed bag because its now to large for the overhead bins per FAA rules. brilliant. if you want to give away your money. no just pack sensibly and realize the workers are human as well and on very VERY tight time limits. whats bad is if your luggage goes to an airport your airline doesn't fly to. had it happen where i work.

  • I agree with @CptBulldog. These people have to load and unload hundreds if not thousands of bags every day. Anyone who expects zero losses and that their luggage is going to be treated like fine china is deluded. Don't put fragile things in checked luggage, and if you do, pack it securely with lots of padding.

  • they didnt lose it. the baggage cart just dropped it. the guy stopped when he realized.

  • It happens from time to time. Your bag is a shipping container and is bound to get damaged. Its not a big deal really.

  • This is what happens when you push workers to hard and treat them like shit. They stop caring about the job. :-)

  • @tina6581 How can you tell from this video that this employee didn't care about their job as opposed to it being a simple accident caused by the laws of physics when he made that turn???

  • @diapermanful Simple mate I have worked baggage. If you are doing your job right this don’t happen.

  • @tina6581 Really, mate?? I've worked the ramp and air freight for over 15 years and no matter how careful you are, these things can and do happen.

  • @diapermanful Bull slow down and give a shit mate:-)

  • @tina6581 Don't know what planet you're living on where sh*t doesn't happen from time to time, mate.

  • @tina6581 Worked for delta know where your coming from. But this does happen ALOT more often than you think. You should see what happens when the cameras are not rolling....

  • @tina6581 its when unions get to powerful

  • @Dariuszdavi Delta isn't unionized.

  • @tina6581 That's so true!

  • nice powerslide around the corner.

  • lol was he fired.

  • @nolifemerc

nupp... it isn't easy to fire any Aviation staff. :-)

  • D-E-L-T-A = Don't Ever Like Travelling Again

  • no wonder my luggage has scratches on it

  • D.E.L.T.A. = Delay Expected Long Time Again

  • British Airways was shitty with my luggage too, despit my priority and first class ticket on a Club Europe flight. I had to wait 2 flights to get the bags... They just lost it.

  • How in the hell does this video show that they lost the luggage ???? it fell off the cart..Do u think no else drove by and picked it up??? come on now NBC..get a clue and stop exaggeratting everything...

  • @collin355 If you know anything about baggage handling, dropped bags are left on the ground like that for HOURS.

  • @XenoPredator I have worked in the airline industry for over 20 years and no they do not sit there for hours ..the next guy to drive by will pick it up unless they are lazy like yourself..the only bags that might sit for hours are the online/transfer bags that need to make a connection and end up missing because someones carelessness for not bringing it to the other airline in time not because they were dropped on the tarmac..

  • yEP, THIS IS HOW WE LOST MY GRANDPA'S CREAMATED ASH!

  • This is a fairly common occurance. Think about the number of flights and pieces of luggage that have to be transported to the plane. The next baggage driver that passes the route normally picks it up, checks the ID, then puts it on their cart.

  • Yeah so I work on the ramp and that happens all the time.... its not really a big deal

  • @SoaringFree1 it's a big deal if it's your luggage.

  • delta is the worst airplane. i took that crap to haiti...i would never do that again. they SUCKS.

  • @MrbkNYC718 Delta is not an airplane... You mean Airline?

  • DELTA : Definitely Expect Late Timing Arrivals

  • did they pick up the luggage

  • lol,most epic cart ever

  • That was my $500 suitcase, fuckin Delta!!

  • ATL TESTED

    DFW APPROVED

  • Oh no :( ive seen something similar happen before :)

  • yeah don't put anything important in checked baggage or it's probably going to end up gone for good when lost. This is nothing. been a ramp agen for about 3 years and bags are extremely easy to lose whether its by falling off the cart or being put on the wrong flight etc.

  • Don't Ever Leave The Airport.

  • @clear4push You aren't kidding! I hate flying with them!! Always delays, cancellations, rude ass staff, etc. Just a worthless airlines.

  • @clear4push no its D.E.L.T.A. Dont Expect Luggage To Arrive

  • ish ish drifff yee?

  • oh crud I am riding dealta in two months. betetr switch airlines...

  • I have no curse when i was riding delta!

  • Stolen bagage truck - HELL YEAH

  • so thats why we never got our luggage back...

  • well it could be the airport baggage handlers

  • ref n.o - 9288336

    - MSNDL10120

I was delayed at JFK for over 6.5 hours before the flight was canx. I had to sleep the floor at the airport. Delta stranded me in a foreign country and ignored my safety. I suffer with servere back, knee and hip problems and found this extreamly painful and unexceptable. My connection from Detroit to chicago was also delayed . My bag had been torn and items missing. The experience with Delta Air has been distressing and physically painful.

  • Lol. the driver of the cart was trying to drift but then the luggage fell

  • So that's why it's called D.E.L.T.A. No wonder I've lost mah suitcase.

  • Could you imagine looking out the window of your plane and seeing your luggage lying on the ramp? That would be hilarious! :D I'm sure this isn't the first time this has happened.

  • Happy Jetting

    Jetblue

Your bags will never fall off

    :)

    Try blue

  • @clubpenguin489 Your bags might not fall off, but your flight attendant might inflate the emergency chute and fall of 50 feet from the gate.....

  • Happy jetting

    Jetblue

  • bags off, bags on in just over one hour

  • "Bags off, bags on, [and bagages gone]"

  • naughty naughty :D

  • Jajajajajaja, love Delta, and El Al ...

  • he tried to drift it! lol,

E brake button got stuck ^_^

  • see that plane with the green tail.. I was working that flt and that bag driver is a retard.. tho its still funny as hell to watch

  • @piano.... its luggage, it should be made to handle abuse. Bags get stacked on top of each other, luggage wheels dig into the bags below it, flimsy handles come off either by loading a overweight bag or other bags catching them. Key is don't pay more than 30-40 for a bag, unless you get a hardside/hard plastic one.

  • Know how many times that happens a day. At least he stopped to pick them up. At DFW a AA bag sat in a tug lane for at least 15 minutes with tugs and trucks passing multiple times before someone stopped to pick it up.

  • @txtwisterchaser Wow, at YYZ you get a serious fine for passing FOD.

  • im a ramp agent at IAH some bags have fallen of my kart i fell dumb wen i go back to pick them up

  • What a domeass!!!!

  • u know what D.E.L.T.A. means, but what does D.E.L.T.A.-B.W.F.?=

Don't Expect Luggage To Arrive Because We Fail

    lolz

  • lol yes they suck

  • lol FAIL!!!!

  • i work at hamilton and it also happens some times, pretty normal

  • bahaha.. thats awesome!! I work the ramp in YYC and I can tell you this happens on a REGULAR basis

  • I don't ever trust the Airlines to handel my luggage mine came back all dent up and scratched and I saw the handlers just trhough it on the ground horrible!

  • LMAO

  • oops is an under statement... lolz

  • WOW

  • Divert

    Everyone's

    Luggage

    Through

    Auckland

  • I prefer the A320

  • i watched this happen twice when waiting for my flight at san fransico airport in less than an hour

  • 45 min for 737 ouch

    southwest does it in 20

    GO SOUTHWEST

  • it does, I spent 15 years at Qantas and it happens every day.

I have followed baggage trolleys that have had stuff fall off so you hit the horn as you go around and they stop and pick it up.

  • Looks like the Atlanta Hartsfield Jesse Jackson Airport.

  • D.E.L.T.A. - Dont Expect Luggage To Arrive

  • LOL I like that term

  • LOL that is Great

  • @lemiPR D.E.L.T.A.= Dont Expect Luggage To Arrive ur right

  • @lemiPR lol!

  • @lemiPR funny cause delta once lost my luggage -.-.

  • it ain't southwest cause they love bags there. i got bumped off a southwest flight by a bag. fuckin bags.

  • lmao, they love bags.. too bad a one way ticket is more expensive than roundtrip on airtran, continental, united and sometimes allegiant. southwest.. what a ripoff.. southwest baggage policy.. "you have 2 hours to discover damage or airline not responsible". thats why bags "fly free".. they repair/replace nothing. co, ua even american airlines will send your bag to be repaired if its not normal wear and tear

  • EPIC BAGGAGE FAIL!!!

  • ahahaha

    BAGGAGE FAIL!

  • well as a DELTA csa ramp worker that shit happen all the time but there are people who pick those bags up... ps people please make my job easy if the bag is broke do not use it cause some shit gonna turn up missing trust

  • Carry on, Fokker, carry on!

  • its not delta. thats airport employees..

it amazes me how they manage to just.. break stuff.

  • i can tell you that this happens everyday on every airline.... oh and delta kicks ass

  • i agree with playgoog. If we all just lower our expectations on, well, everything nowadays, we would get disappointed a lot less.

  • haha epic fail

  • Lol

  • lol fail XD

  • just another day on the tarmac

great service is whats expected, we just need to lower those expectations

  • OK first of all they didn't loose the bags they just fell off!!!! Notice how the truck stops, it doesn't keep driving on!!!! I GUARENTEE you that this happens with other airlines!!!

  • This doesn't surprise me at all. Delta is the worst airline there is!

  • Last 3 trips to Bahamas via Atlanta to Houston, no bags arrived in Houston. All three times over 2 hours in Atlanta

  • LOL. Who cares if they fall off, aslong as they get picked up.

It's only people stupid enough to buy designer luggage cases or people who pack breakable objects that will get screwed over.

  • Yep. He stopped and picked it up, I bet this happens a lot, which is why they say they're not responsible for damage caused to breakable articles in the bags, and that's why you see your brand new suitcase all scratched up.

Once I had one of my sansonite plastic suitcases show up cracked.

  • This is SHOCKING. I will NEVER fly Delta again! I cannot believe that they would let luggage fall off a cart! Where is OSHA? Why aren't there laws about this? Has a lawsuit been filed? Has the CIA and the FBI been notified? Oh my gosh! Bring the troops home from Afganistan so they can guard our luggage on the carts!

  • "has the CIA and...FBI...notified?" LOL!!!!!

CIA AND FBI deals with CRIMINAL and POLITICAL issues!!!!!!

**NTSB has the authority to come up and propose changes in the airline industry.

    AND,

*****FAA HAS THE AUTHORITY TO ENFORCE LAWS AND REGULATIONS WITHIN AVIATION INDUSTRY!!!!!!!!!!

IF a bomb blow up, then FBI would come in.

Plus, if you only pack clothes in your bag, then you shouldn't worry about anything beside lost luggage.

  • Like a bomb.

  • It looks like he stopped and got it though..... And I have said this many times...... nothing brakable please.

  • At least he didn't flip the cart. I've seen that a few times.

  • IT is because of the idiot driver coming around the corner at FULL BLAST. HE is exceeding the speed limit.

AIRLINES don't care about U and ME. ALL they want if ur Monies. FOR the TIcket, the bags, the food, the thin blankets, the thin pillows, the water, NEXT they will charge U and ME for the use of Toliets. BET!!!

  • LOL
