@CymbalMasta22 When you march a World class group like that you can never be too "band-o" if that's what you want to call it, it's all about doing business and kicking ass, he's just trying to make the whole group better, but if you look at some of the funnier points in the video you can see that he's actually pretty chill and funny.

I know Chris, and have watched him work hour after hour with MCM. He is gracious and talented - a fine player, and a skilled instructor. As a leader, he takes care of business and is always working toward the next level. Great video - CAN'T WAIT for the full documentary to come out!

Kid you obviously do not know Chris Watson. Keep in mind this was recorded over long periods of time. Chris is by far one of the best leaders the ensemble's ever had.
