I LOVE Sum 41, though, they are one of my all-time favourite punk bands, becausse of their later work... that song, however... just sucks

@denestygg Well I just find that once you've heard a couple of each of these bands songs you've heard them all.. I used to be in a Green Day cover band, and I never used more than 5 different chords.. They've all done good songs, but simple ones.. Just guess that we are passing next to more real/better talented artists but they won't get the chance while popular music stays simple and easy listening..
@Jackalofhighwater so indeed.. moving out of rock.... how many talented arrtists have gotten mainstream? none! ... well, maybe Eminem... but he's so damn repetetive.. and in rock (and metal, just not to get bashed on)... the ones that are the biggest phenomenons.. like Metallica, Slipknot, Disturbed... lately Black Veil Brides... are very repetetive as well... sure.. all of them has a decent song once in a while... but it's mostly the same....
@denestygg Yeah our culture at a quick glance seems based on simple, repetetive songs or easy computer made songs.. but look closer and you get better stuff =)
billy talent are an underrated band, but i agree that fallen leaves is one of their worst songs. (p.s. this is coming from someone who doesnt like modern rock at all)
