I COULD NOT WALK YET SO FELL And layed down on the driveway laying there for 5 minutes haha. they had just given me the medicine to put my under before the surgery and I was sitting in a lounge chair. and I kept pusing the seet back and forth and I slipped out of the chair.

Even in the US it varies a lot between dentists, I used to have one that used nitrous oxide and lidocaine, my current dentist just uses lidocaine and codeine. A lot of private dental clinics do like to advertise that they give you plenty of pain killers, though.
