I you're so sure it's Hebrew, tell us all what it is he is singing. It would be very helpful. I know where the 2 sentences at the start of the song are from but I'm pretty sure the bit near the end is not Hebrew. I definitely hear a sound like "ji", which you would not hear in Hebrew.
@ravenracer2003 I saw him at long beach marley fest (or reggae fest now) and was so inspired that I started to think that he was the Meshiach and he was bringing in the Messianic era with his music! Mind you I was pretty stoned. lol but it was awesome.
Keep in my mind he does not do drugs. I hope people know that. Yes he did in the past pre 2005 but not anymore. Regardless music from the gods I call it. Thanks for the comment
@ravenracer2003 dude i agree with you entirely. personally i dont think any normal person can make music this beautiful. that man is blessed by his god. but unlike prophets who make religions, he makes music.
@shuckacornshuckacorn Sorry dude, my bad! Regardless that Matisyahu did perform with an Arab guy, this is not him! I've confused the tunes! That's YEHUDA SOLOMON from the MOSHAV BAND from Israel!
I've heard this song a hundred times and it still gives me chills!! Absolutely LOVE his music!!!!

This whole song is amazing. Especially 7:38 and on. Yiddish has never been so bad ass.
