About the chords... To match the record they should be Abm, Eb, E and back to Eb. The song could be played with the standard tunning but I'm sure that here, the guitar is tuned halftone down

That movie really made me fall in love with Cat Power. Although I was a fan of her "Sea Of Love" rendition long before I saw "Powder Blue".
