Looked almost like a Vmc roll. Interesting how there was smoke coming out of only the two left-side engines. Not sure if it was just typical exhaust, or a sign that something was wrong. I'm inclined to think the smoke was normal. and the absence of smoke from the right-side indicates failure of the right-side engines (which almost look feathered). That would explain why the aircraft banked left-wing high and appeared to yaw towards the right wing.

I agree: the starboard engines look like they're not turning. Wow... bummer.
