There should be no need to adjust the tie, having tied it, to get it tight enough, though this might be a good way to find the initial point of setting the collar size, when first buying a tie. This was the best example of how to tie a bowtie on YouTube. There are some useful videos on this site, not just silly ones for kids. I plan to wear my new bowtie with my oh so posh knot to the office tomorrow.
A good chief executive sets up a functioning structure below him so that all of the work gets done. If he were micromanaging everything he possibly could, we'd be in real trouble. Besides... You're just jealous because ou can't tie it right :P
