They also came out with Redneck Rampage: Suckin' Grits on Route 66 and all these games came be played on newer PCs (and MAC) with DOSBox it has a built in video capture (for making Youtube videos with) and USB controllers can be used on it (I prefer game game console one like the PSX to USB) or a Xbox 360 controller can be plunged in or a wireless 360/PS3 USB controller adapter.

@finnsia Steam or Good Old Games is good place to go to find old DOS games to download and use in DOSBox (which DOSBox has PC and MAC versions) and Redneck Rampage Suckin' Grits on Route 66 also Redneck Rampage Rides Again I believe will work independently but I think the main game is needed too. The CDs may found on Ebay or a sites that sells old DOS games still in their box or just in their CD case with The Reverend Horton Heat on the games soundtrack among others.
